His organization promoted racial pride, self-reliance, entrepreneurship, back-to-african movement etc...Marcus Garvey Legacy and influence, on hip hop can be found in groups like Brand Nubian song "Black Star Line", rap group "Black Star" featuring Yasiin Bey & Talib Kweli and Chance the rappers "Black Star Line Festival," which took place in Ghana.
